Active in community affairs, Lou Bruno is Co-President of the White Plains Council of Neighborhood Associations and President of the Bryant Gardens cooperative. Bryant Gardens is the first in Westchester to require new owners to agree not to smoke. A business consultant providing management, real estate and technical services, Lou did his undergraduate work at Columbia College and his graduate work at Columbia University, where he taught and did research in psychophysiology. He is the author of a behavioral guide to smoking cessation.
